Wingfoot Residential

The Wingfoot site was the first project for DDLH. Extensive earthwork was completed by Vector Earthmoving to raise the site 14 feet. DDLH funded the Firethron Trail Road extension. The result was 24 executive lots; 13 located on the missouri River/River Canal & 13 locatd along the Dakota Dunes Country Club.
