Shay Road Commercial

The Shay road site's main use for the development in the early stages of DDLH was a borrow site. There were two large sand veins of material that were excavated over 3 years. That material was used for the Wingfoot, North Spanish Bay, and other sites throughout the Dakota Dunes. 

After completing the borrow sites the ground was re-platted with multiple commercial lots and the plan of residential housing.
